Update delivery address after order placement
To update your delivery address:
Use the "Update address" button on the "Tracking details" page, accessible by tapping/clicking an item in the Orders tab.
Ensure the new address is added in the Address tab before selecting "Update address."
Once your order has been handed over to a third-party logistics carrier, address changes can no longer be made through our system. However, you can contact the 3PL directly to locate your order and request an address update with them.
