How do I know when my order is confirmed?
You’ll receive an email confirmation and an app notification.
In some cases, additional verification may be required to confirm your order, such as providing documentation (e.g., a national ID) due to customs requirements. If this applies to your order, you’ll see a prompt in the Orders tab immediately after placing it. Any required actions will also be communicated via email.
Once your order has been reviewed:
You can track the status of your order in the Orders tab, which will include details like shipping timelines and next steps.
