Where is my order?

Tracking your order is easy:

Order: Access the Orders tab in the “My Account” section to view delivery dates, specific tracking statuses, and important details for each item. For comprehensive tracking information and the ability to modify delivery details (if applicable), simply tap/click on the relevant items.
Multiple Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments with distinct delivery dates and tracking details. For further details, refer to our article on this topic [here].
Notifications: Stay informed throughout the delivery process with updates sent via email and the noon app.
Tracking Statuses:
Processing
Your order is being reviewed. If additional documentation is required, such as a national ID, you’ll be notified to upload it on the app's orders tab and via email.
Confirmed
Your order is confirmed and is being prepared for packing. 
Packed
Your order has been packed and is ready to be handed over to our delivery partner. We will notify when it is dispatched via email and the app.
Dispatched
Once your order has been handed over to our third party delivery partner, use the Track Shipment button to follow the journey. 
Additional Notes:
If your order is flagged for Pending Order Verification, you may need to upload your national ID. Once uploaded, it will be processed within 1-3 days.
