Self-Shipping Fee Reimbursement Process
If you have paid for return shipping, you can request a reimbursement for the shipping fee under the following conditions:
- Contact Noon Customer Support with your order details and shipping receipt.
- Submit a clear copy of your payment receipt for verification.
- Once verified, the refund will be issued to your Noon Wallet within 2-5 working days.
- The refund amount will be the actual invoice value equivalent in AED or 80 AED, whichever is lower.
The refunded amount will be credited to your Noon Wallet, valid for six months.
Note: A shipping fee refund request can only be raised after you have received the refund for your returned item.
