How to get the shipping label ?

The label is required when handing your return to the courier.

Here’s how to get it:

 From your email:

  • Open the email linked to your noon account.

  • Search for the email from noon with your shipping label.

  • Download and print the label.

Or from the app:

  • Open the noon app and go to your return.

  • Tap on the returned item.

  • Select “Download shipping label.

  • Print the label and give it to the courier along with the return item.
