How to get the shipping label ?
The label is required when handing your return to the courier.
Here’s how to get it:
From your email:
Open the email linked to your noon account.
Search for the email from noon with your shipping label.
Download and print the label.
Or from the app:
Open the noon app and go to your return.
Tap on the returned item.
Select “Download shipping label.
Print the label and give it to the courier along with the return item.

Why have I only received a part of the refund amount?
