How do I return an item(s)?

Noon offers an easy return process for eligible purchases.* You can return an item if:

  • It has been shipped and delivered to you.

  • It falls within a returnable category.

  • It is within the 15 day return window from the delivery date.

Follow these steps to initiate a return:
  1. Log in to your Noon account and go to the "Returns" section.

  2. Click "Create a New Return", select the item(s) you want to return, and choose a return reason.

  3. Provide additional details to help us understand the issue.

  4. Upload images of the item(s) if required.

  5. Choose your preferred refund method.

  6. Select self ship as the return method.

  7. Review your details and submit the return request.

  8. Download the mailing label and print it.

  9. Pack the item(s) securely and place the printed mailing label inside the box.

  10. Hand over the package to the courier partner.

  11. Obtain the tracking number from the courier and enter it in the "Submit courier’s tracking number" section.

  12. You're done! Your return request has been successfully submitted.
