How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel any order, item, or shipment from the “Tracking Details” page by tapping/clicking on the relevant items in the Orders tab.


Before your item is packed

If your delivery status is “Processing” or “Confirmed”, you can use the “Cancel Items” button.


If your delivery status is “Packed”, “Dispatched”,  and not with our third party carrier, you can use the "Cancel Shipment" button.


If it is with the third party carrier you can:


1. You can contact the third party carrier by clicking on the "Track Shipment" button and ask them to cancel the shipment.


2. Or you can reject the delivery at the time of arrival to trigger cancellation. 


To track your refund, tap the "Track Refund" button on the orders tab.
